Love it, January 17, 2012 This review is from: Powertec Power Rack Workbench (Black) (Sports) This power rack unit is a fabulous bargain.
Setting it up is easy and takes one-and-a-half to two hours by the time you sort out the pieces and have every bolt tightened. The manual warns against assembly by one individual but I was able to accomplish it on my own.
The low height permits it to be used in low-ceiling basements. You can assemble the chinning bar to the front or back and even install it upside down. The dip bars can be fitted inside or outside of the rack and even on the back of the rack. The fact that this sturdy unit comes with chinning and dipping accessories makes it very good value for money.
I've now had it for 12 months and am extremely happy with it

So far used with 8 plates on the bar and the tower didn't move. Did pull ups and dips (I'm 6'2 220Lbs) and the tower held strong without moving. Very stable and safe not to mention stylish. If you're looking for a tower definitely consider this one. It is very strong and safe. Arrived in perfect packaging with no missing parts. Stop looking. Really! Buy this one.
