BodyCraft F670 Hyper-Extension / Roman Chair Reviews
5 of 6 people found the following review helpful Solid and Usable, January 12, 2008 By This review is from: BodyCraft F670 Hyper-Extension / Roman Chair (Sports) This is a solid piece of gear, clean and heavy, that my wife ordered 6 weeks ago, back-ordered and just arrived. It's very functional as for back extensions, and seems okay for sit-ups.
Although they put all the bolts and caps on that could be done prior to packaging, it still took an hour to assemble because the text in the directions was just plain WRONG!. Step #1 was correct and was a good start, but after a few minutes of head scratching from step #2 instructing to "Attach Front Support (2) to Stabilizer (1)" that are on opposite ends of the machine, I just followed the pictures. They're very well drawn and assembly was easy after that.
It could use a few pictures to figure out how to use it, but they can be googled up (under google photos). We're happy with it, sure beats the as seen on TV yard sale next year trash...
4 of 5 people found the following review helpful Great roman chair, June 18, 2008 By This review is from: BodyCraft F670 Hyper-Extension / Roman Chair (Sports) Easy to put together. Almost all bolts are already attached to the parts (loosely) when it arrives, so you dont have to spend a lot of time looking for which bolts to use...
The seat is kinda shaking a little bit if you just press on it with your hand, I did my best but it's still not possible to tighten it. However, once you hop on it and do your back extension exercise, you won't feel any shaking at all. I also use it to train my oblique and my abs.
Another good thing about the roman chair is light in weight. You can move it to wherever you want. A very sturdy equipment. Steel is well-cut, no sharp edges at all. It's really easy to adjust the seat, the leg rest position. Although it costs a little bit more than the other roman chair, it's well worth it.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Good Piece of Gear, July 31, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: BodyCraft F670 Hyper-Extension / Roman Chair (Sports) I'm extremely pleased with this equipment. Shipment was timely. I was particularly impressed with the way it was packaged. Everything was wrapped and placed in the box so that it would not get scratched or damaged. All the parts were there. I did have some minor trouble assembling though. Carefully scrutinize the cross legs; they are difficult to tell apart and the only distinction are the number of longitudinal edges on end caps. If you get it, you'll see what I mean. Also, there are some plastic sleeves embedded into some of the bars; these do not have holes to accept the bolts that will go through them. They are supposed to be that way. A buddy of mine came over and helped me assemble the chair. It only took us 20 minutes. I wanted sturdy gear and this fits the bill. It easily handles my 250 pounds, it doesn't wobble at all, and it's extremely comfortable to sit on. I think it has already made a difference in easing my lower back pain. I recommend it to anyone who... Read more
