The Prospot Fusion series (HG-1, HG-6 and SSG) is awesome. I work at an NCAA leading football university and we put the guys through heavy yet safe workouts on these things. Since it was a fraction of the cost of other products (who don't have grab-n-go technology for safety), I picked one up for my house. I bought the HG-6 and can do every exercise I can think out of it without the need of a spotter. Highly recommend it!

Got the HG1 for my son. He's 15 and is wanting to work out, but I worried about his safety with my old bench. Seeing how the machine "spots" for you when using the sensor bar made the difference. I know that even if he's working out without me he'll be much much safer. Obviously it'd be safer for users of any age. Tons better than my old bench, and I didn't have to get rid of my old plates.

I got a a great rack cage fitness system. The ProSpot HG-6 is the best fitness home gym system of it kind. The grab and go system allow the user to feel safe while lifting free weight. You can add a optional lat machine / high low pulley system.
If you have a school or a college and you want to to put in the safest weight lifting system then you have to get this Prospot Fitness HG 1
